The role
You ensure the smooth and compliant execution of day-to-day operations on our investment vehicles (SPVs, Luxembourg structures). You are a key link in Equisafe's operational backbone: vehicle administration, compliance, investor onboarding and continuous process improvement. A hands-on role, ideal for growing fast in the world of private markets.
What you will do
- Support investor onboarding (KYC/KYB) and ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Maintain vehicle registers and guarantee data quality across our systems
- Support vehicle lifecycle operations: subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, closings
- Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians and legal counsel for accurate bookkeeping and documentation flow
- Reconcile key operations internally (flows, registers, accounting)
- Identify and implement process improvements and automations
Who you are
- 1 to 4 years of experience in fund administration, financial operations, audit or middle/back office
- Highly detail-oriented: you manage processes involving many documents and stakeholders without letting anything slip
- Entrepreneurial spirit: ownership, resourcefulness, a taste for fast-paced, structured environments
- Comfortable working across stakeholders: legal, finance, tech
- Fluent French and professional English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Luxembourg structures (SPV, ScSp, securitization)
