Equisafe is building the European investment distribution network on on-chain rails: regulated infrastructure (banking, compliance, tokenization) delivered white-label, connecting issuers and professional distributors. €400M+ invested, 10,000+ investors onboarded, 70+ fundraises completed. We are now launching Equisafe Market, the network's marketplace.
The role
You lead product at the most decisive moment in Equisafe's history: V3 is in beta (integrated banking, EUROP stablecoin, KYC, DeFi connection) and what remains to ship is the Equisafe Market front-end and the SMA module (on-chain discretionary management). You own a demanding B2B2C product: used by professionals, but whose final experience is lived by their investor clients.
What you will do
- Define and drive the product roadmap, working directly with the founders
- Ship the structural projects: Equisafe Market front-end, SMA module, white-label investor experience
- Run discovery across our three personas: issuers, distributors, end investors
- Arbitrate between regulatory requirements (PSFP, MiCA, AML), on-chain technical constraints and user experience
- Work daily with engineering, design and compliance; write clear, actionable specs
- Establish the product culture: metrics, prioritization rituals, client feedback loops
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience, including significant fintech experience
- Experience with a B2B2C product: you design for the professional AND for their end client
- Comfortable with technical and regulated topics: payments, KYC, financial securities, ideally tokenization
- A track record of shipping: you have taken complex products from discovery to scale
- Autonomous, structured, effective in a small team without heavy processes
- Fluent French and professional English
